ORDER 1. While we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission ("Commission"), we request the Commission to endeavour the expeditious disposal of the main complaint, preferably within a period of six months from the receipt of a certified copy of this order. 2. All the observations contained in the impugned order shall be treated only as prima facie, confined to the issue of interim relief and will not come in the way of the disposal of the main complaint on merits. 3. The civil appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. 4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
