JUDGMENT : BACHCHOO LAL, J. 1. Learned counsel for the complainant has pointed out that in this case the investigating officer has sought information on four points which are mentioned in the letter dated 30.9.2018 from the Additional Director State Medico Legal sell Lucknow. The report of the expert has not been received. 2. A perusal of the report of the expert is necessary. 3. Put up on 28.3.2019 as unlisted. 4. In the meantime learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned A.G.A may file counter affidavit annexing the aforesaid report. 5. The copy of this order may be given to the learned A.G.A to comply it.
