ORDER 1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes inter se in terms of the settlement agreement dated 18th January, 2019. The said settlement agreement is taken on record. 2. As a result, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. The transfer petition is disposed of. Parties through counsel assure to abide by the terms of the settlement agreement.
