ORDER 1. This Court has affirmed the order passed by the High Court in Civil Appeal No.9815-9818/2017 and connected matters. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the Jalandhar Improvement Trust that substantially the amount has been paid in this case and if land owners are aggrieved by the inadequacy of the amount, it is open for them to raise the matter before the Executing Court as per the order passed by the High Court. 3. In case the issue of inadequacy of the amount is raised, let the Executing Court consider the matter and pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the huge amount of Rs.200 crores approximately involved in the matter, we grant three months' time to comply with the order passed by the High Court. 5. It was pointed out that Trust is not appearing before before the Executing Court. The Executive Officer is present in the Court. Let the Executive Officer of Trust put in appearance before the Executing Court on 21.02.2019 and file appropriate Vakalatnama. No fresh notice will be necessary. Otherwise, the Executing Court can proceed ex parte. 6. Consequently, notice is discharged and Contempt Petitions are disposed of.
