JUDGMENT B.B. Mangalmurti, J. - Admit. 2. It is informed that Lower Court Report has already been called in Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 157 of 2019. 3. List this case under the heading "For Hearing" as per seriatim along with Cr. Appeal (S.J.) 157 of 2019. I.A. No. 1885 of 2019 4. Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the C.B.I. 5. It is submitted on behalf of the appellants that the appellants have been held guilty and sentenced rigorous imprisonment for one year with fine of Rs.5,000/- for the offence under Section 420 as well as rigorous imprisonment for one year with fine of Rs. 5,000/- each under Section 468 of the Indian Penal Code and rigorous imprisonment for one year with fine of Rs. 5,000/- each under section 471 of the Indian Penal Code as well as rigorous imprisonment for one year with fine of Rs. 5,000/- each under Section 120 B read with Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13 (2), 13 (1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. He further submits that the Court below has granted provisional bail to these appellants by terms of order dated 30.01.2019 for a period of one month. He prayed for confirmation of the provisional bail granted to these appellants by the Court below. 6. Also heard learned counsel for the C.B.I. 7. The provisional bail granted to these appellants- Babulal Ram, Ram Sevak Pandey, Amarendra Kumar, Kashi Nath Singh and Santosh Singh by the Court below on 30.01.2019, is hereby, confirmed subject to deposit of fifty per cent of the fine amount imposed upon appellants within a period of two months from today without being prejudiced to his right. In case, fine amount is not deposited within two months from today then appellants shall surrender before the court below after two months for serving out the sentence imposed upon the appellants. 8. Thus, I.A. No.1885 of 2019 stands allowed. 9. Let a copy of this order be transmitted to the Court concerned through FAX.
