JUDGMENT Shree Chandrashekhar, J. - The petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 14.11.2014 passed in Maintenance Case No.146 of 2012 which was instituted on an application under section 125 Cr.P.C filed by his wife. 2. Mr. Arun Kumar, the learned counsel appears for O.P No.2. 3. Stating that now the parties have amicably settled their dispute among themselves, Mr. Saibal Kumar Laik, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision petition. 4. Accordingly, Criminal Revision No.33 of 2015 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
