JUDGMENT 1. By this petition under Section 482 CrPC, the petitioner seeks correction in the order dated 01.02.2019 passed in S.B. Cr. Misc. Bail Application No. 1331/2019, whereby the petitioner- Sonu @ Rajneesh was granted bail in FIR No. 516/1998 of Police Station, Sadar, District Bikaner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that name of petitioners father is Rewaram, but in the order dated 02.01.2019 passed by the trial court, whereby the trial court had rejected the bail application preferred on behalf of the petitioner, the name of petitioners father is mentioned as Sewaram and due to which, while drafting S.B. Cr. Misc. Bail Application No. 1331/2019, this mistake had also occurred in its cause title and consequent upon which in the order dated 01.02.2019 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application, wrong name of petitioners father as Sewaram has been typed out. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that an application was moved on behalf of the petitioner before the trial court seeking rectification of the aforesaid mistake occurred in the order dated 02.01.2019, and the trial court vide order dated 12.02.2019, has rectified the said mistake, certified copy of the order dated 12.02.2019 is placed on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has, therefore, prayed that the mistake occurred in the order dated 01.02.2019 passed by this Court in S.B. Cr. Misc. Bail Application No. 1331/2019 may be rectified. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the aforesaid mistake occurred in the order dated 01.02.2019 is rectified and it is ordered that the name of father of the petitioner - Sonu @ Rajneesh be read as "Rewaram" instead of "Sewaram". 6. The instant criminal misc. petition under Section 482 CrPC is disposed of accordingly.
