JUDGMENT : 1. Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Order dated 11.12.2012 reads as under: “Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an adjournment to produce the order passed in Contempt Proceeding arising out of Full Bench Judgment of this Court in W.P.(S) No. 4259 of 2005 and analogous cases. Learned counsel for the Respondents-JPSC submits that the judgment of Full Bench is under challenge before Hon’ble Supreme Court in S.L.P. Nos. 51592/09 & 5161/09. Learned counsel for the parties are allowed to obtain latest status of the Special Leave Petition as also the copy of the order passed in Contempt Proceeding may be produced on behalf of the petitioner. List this case in the next week, as prayed for.” 3. Thereafter, thrice matter has been taken up but nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Counsel for the Respondents are present. 5. As per the counter affidavit, it appears that the petitioner is not eligible for consideration. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is, hereby, dismissed for non-appearance.
