JUDGMENT Sujit Narayan Prasad, J. - This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein order dated 22.07.2016 passed by Recovery Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Ranchi in R.P. No.36 of 2006 is under challenge. 2. It has been submitted by Mr. Vijay Shankar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner that the order has been passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal Ranchi in O.A. Case No.67 of 2002 dated 17.10.2006, the said order is appealable. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy before the appropriate Forum. 4. Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Mishra, learned G.P.-II appearing for the Staterespondent and Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the State Bank of India, have raised no objection to such submission. 5. In view thereof, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
