JUDGMENT Sujit Narayan Prasad, J. - This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India whereby and whereunder the Information has sought for under the provision of Right to Information Act, 2005, has not been provided by the Public Information Officer. 2. Mr. Abhay Prakash, learned A.C. to A.A.G. has raised preliminary objection regarding availability of first/second appeal under the provision of Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach before the alternative forum available under statute. 4. In view thereof, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
