JUDGMENT : Dinesh Kumar Singh, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The Tehsildar, Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar on 27.10.2018 has passed orders in Case Nos.00446 of 2018, Computerized Case No.T201804040100446 and 00449 of 2018, Computerized Case No.T201804040100449 under Section 67 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. Vide the aforesaid orders, respondents no.3 and 4 have been ordered to be evicted from the land in Gata No.217M/0.0002 hectare. He has also directed to make compensation of Rs.2800/- and Rs.10/- as expenses. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the aforesaid orders passed by the Tehsildar, respondents no.3 and 4 have not yet been evicted from the land in Gata No.217M/0.0002 hectare. 4. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents-authorities to see that necessary action is taken against respondents no.3 and 4 in pursuance to the orders dated 27.10.2018 passed by the Tehsildar.
