ORDER 1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State of Rajasthan has placed before this Court a copy of the order dated 7 March 2007 in SLP(Crl.)...Crl.MP No.2418/2007. 2. The State of Rajasthan had filed the Special Leave Petition against the same judgment and order of the High Court which is impugned in these proceedings. 3. In that Special Leave Petition, a two-Judge Bench of this Court condoned delay but found no merits and, hence, dismissed the Special Leave Petition. 4. In view of the above position, we decline to interfere with the impugned judgment and order. 5. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
