JUDGMENT : VIVEK KUMAR BIRLA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.L. Maurya, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 6.2.2019 passed by the respondent no. 1 in Election Petition No. 1 of 2015, Irshad Fatma Vs. Jeenat Fatma and others pending before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dhanaura, district Amroha filed as Annexure-7 to the writ petition. 3. Challenging the same order Writ C No. 5738 of 2019, Zeenat Fatma Vs. Prescribed Authority/Sub-Divisional Magistrate and 5 others is pending before this Court wherein admittedly the petitioner is one of the respondents. 4. In such view of the matter, I do not find any good ground to entertain the present writ petition. The petitioner can represent her case in the aforesaid writ petition. 5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
