JUDGMENT : 1. Heard counsels for the parties. 2. In pursuance of order dated 25th January, 2019, counter affidavit has been filed dated 01.03.2019. Paragraph 6 is relevant, which is quoted hereinbelow:- “That it is humbly stated and submitted before elucidating the earlier reply to the contentions raised at paragraph 23 and 24 of the Writ application under reply it is necessary to apprise the Hon’ble Court that the petitioner has already been appointed on the post of teacher at Government Raj Higher Secondary School (Plus two School), Pakur. Therefore he has given application to the answering Respondent on 07.02.2019 stating their in that since he has been appointed as teacher on Bangla Subject at Govt. Raj Higher Secondary School, Pakur so he has got no grievance and claim against the Government and as such the case may be disposed off pursuant to said application.” 3. Since the degree of the petitioner has been recognised and he has been appointed in Plus Two School i.e. higher then claimed in the present writ petition. 4. In view of above fact, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly the same is, hereby, dismissed.
