ORDER 1. None appears on behalf of the appellant - Insurance Company. 2. We have heard Mr. Vijay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. The only issue involved in this appeal is whether future prospects could have been taken into consideration. 4. This aspect of the matter has already been decided by the Constitution Bench of this Court in the case of National Insurance Co. Ltd vs Pranay Sethi & Ors. , (2017) 16 SCC 680 . 5. Accordingly, the civil appeal is dismissed.
