Heard Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, Senior Advocate counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant assisted by Mr. Pratyush Kumar, Advocate and Mr. Ganesh Pathak, Advocate. 3. Counsel for the appellant submits that in all these cases common order dated 18.12.2006, are under challenge and the common order was passed in connection with Land Reference Case No. 145 of 1992, Land Reference Case No. 141 of 1992, Land Reference Case No. 142 of 1992, Land Reference Case No. 136 of 1992, Land Reference Case No. 134 of 1992, Land Reference Case No. 143 of 1992, Land Reference Case No. 148 of 1992 and Land Reference Case No. 147 of 1992. 4. Counsel for the appellant submits that the records of the aforesaid Land Reference Cases may also be called for. 5. Accordingly, office is directed to call for the Lower Court Records of the aforesaid Land Reference Cases from the Court of Subordinate Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Land Acquisition, Hazaribagh. 6. Counsel for the appellant further submits that the notice upon the private respondents have already been served and accordingly, no notice need be issued to them. F.A. No. 21 of 2007 and F. A. No. 22 of 2007 7. Counsel for some of the private respondents Mr. Nehru Mahto, appears and in rest of the cases nobody is appearing on behalf of the private respondents. F. A. No. 24 of 2007 8. From the order dated 14.02.2018, it appears that it has been recorded that though Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have died, but no steps for the substitution have been taken. 9. From the records of this case, this Court finds that no steps for substitution of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have been taken and accordingly, the appeal stands abated so far as Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are concerned. 10. Post these cases on 27.03.2019 awaiting Lower Court Records.
