JUDGMENT Sujit Narayan Prasad, J. - Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for leave of this Court to make necessary correction to the defect in the cause title of the respondent that in place of Town Commissioner, the same may be allowed to be corrected as Municipal Commissioner. 2. As prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner he is directed to make necessary correction in the cause title of the respondent by making correction reflecting there ''Municipal'' in place of ''Town.'' 3. This writ petition is under Article 226 having been filed against raising of charges of Water bill/Water user bill pertaining to Holding no.102 situated at Dhobi Galli, Ratu Road, Ranchi. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset has submitted that he has already made objection before the authority by way of two representations dated 14.06.2017 and 18.11.2017 and therefore direction has been sought for upon the respondents to pass an order in accordance with law. 5. Mr. Ray Rajat Nath, learned counsel for the respondent-Ranchi Municipal Corporation has not raised any objection to such submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and looking to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner which pertains to disposal of the aforesaid representations, the writ petition is disposed of with their consent without entering into the merit of the case, directing the respondent to dispose of the representations, if already not disposed of within a period of six weeks of the receipt of the copy of the order on its own merit. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
