JUDGMENT Sujit Narayan Prasad, J. - The matter has been listed under the heading for "National Lok Adalat" to refer it for the National Lok Adalat which is scheduled to be held on 09.03.2019. 2. It is evident from the record that the jurisdiction conferred to this Court under Section 11 and 12 was Contempt of courts Act, 1971, as has been invoked for initiating the appropriate proceeding under the Contempt of Court Act, to the opposite parties for the willful noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 2332 of 2014 dated 28.01.2015 whereby and whereunder this Court while disposing of the writ petition has directed the Respondent No.2 Principal Secretary, Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi to take decision on the representation dated 30.09.2013 and 07.04.2014 as contained under Annexure-11 and 12 to the writ petition within a reasonable time. 3. Show cause has been filed by the opposite parties, wherein the reasoned order has been passed as would be evident from Annexure-A dated 13.01.2017 by which the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. 4. In view of the nature of order passed by the writ Court since there is direction upon the Secretary of the Department to take decision, decision has already been taken by way of reasoned order dated 13.01.2017, therefore, the order passed by the writ court in W.P.(S) No. 2332 of 2014 which has been complied with, hence there is no wilful or deliberate and compliance of the order, rather the order has been complied with in its better spirit, in view thereof, the contempt application has been dismissed. 5. However, if the petitioner so wishes may assail the same before the appropriate forum.
