JUDGMENT Sujit Narayan Prasad, J. - This writ petition is for issuance of direction to pay the compensation to the petitioner against the land acquired appertaining to Khata No.12, Plot no.214, area 27.5 decimals for widening of NH 32 situated at Mouza Demudih, Chas in the district of Bokaro. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has already filed representation ventilating his grievance for payment of compensation however after lapse of two more decades the same has not been paid, therefore, this writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr. Vineet Prakash, learned A.C to S.C (L & C) for the respondents submits that the matter is listed under the heading for ''Fresh Filing'' and since the representation is pending, the writ petition may be disposed of, directing the authority to take decision in the matter in accordance with law. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and without entering into the merit of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the respondent no.2-Deputy Commissioner cum District Magistrate, Land Acquisition Office, Bokaro to raise his grievance as has been agitated by the petitioner by submitting document, if any, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 5. The concerned respondent is directed to pass an order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 6. Needless to mention that if the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine, the same shall be paid to him within a period of four weeks from the date of such decision. However, in case of any dispute the same shall be decided by passing a speaking and reasoned order within the same period. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
