ORDER 1. The office report indicates that SLP(C) No. 6619 of 2016 stood dismissed for non-prosecution as a result of a conditional order passed by the Judge in Chambers on 30 January 2017. 2. We direct that the order dated 30 January 2017 shall stand recalled and the SLP be restored to file. 3. The proceedings have already been disposed of by the order of this Court dated 16 January 2019. 4. The Miscellaneous Applications are, accordingly, disposed of.
