Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the issues raised in this appeal are covered by the judgment of this Court in Revenue Divisional Officer Fort, Kochi & Ors. v. Jalaja Dileep & Anr. , (2015) 11 SCC 597 . He submits that the writ appeal (No. 963/2013) decided by the High Court on 02.01.2014 against which the present civil appeal arises has relied upon judgment of the High Court delivered on the same day i.e. Writ Appeal No. 412/2013. He further submits that against the judgment dated 02.01.2014 passed by the High Court in Writ Appeal No. 412/2013, the civil appeal bearing C.A. No. 2749 of 2015 was filed which has been decided by this Court on 10.03.2015. 5. In view of the above, the civil appeal is disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court passed in Revenue Divisional Officer Fort, Kochi & Ors. v. Jalaja Dileep & Anr. , (2015) 11 SCC 597 .
