ORDER 1. Delay condoned. 2. We have heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the relevant material. 3. Civil Appeal No. 10188/2018 filed against the very same order dated 24.9.2018 was disposed of by this Court as far back as on 29.10.2018. Yet this appeal has been filed on 19.12.2018. We find no reason as to why despite the order of this Court dated 29.10.2018, this appeal has been filed almost two months after the date of disposal of Civil Appeal No. 10188/2018. 4. We construe the attempt of the appellant to approach this Court in the manner done, not to be bonafide. We, therefore, not only dismiss the appeal in limine, but impose cost of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) to be deposited within a period of four weeks from today with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee.
