ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. Application for permission to bring on record Settlement Agreement dated 19.12.2018 is allowed. 3. The parties have settled the disputes between them mutually under the Consent Terms dated 19.12.2018 filed by the appellant-wife and the respondent-husband. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that of the mutual obligations have already been performed by the parties. 5. There shall be a decree in terms of the Consent Terms dated 19.12.2018. Order accordingly. 6. In view of the above, the instant appeals are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Consent Terms dated 19.12.2018 which shall form part of the record.
