JUDGMENT 1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the advertisement dated 30.5.2018 (Annex.10), whereby, 6035 posts of Nurse Gr.II in Non-TSP area have been advertised. 2. The plea raised in the writ petition is that as the respondents have issued the advertisement without proper determination of vacancies, without considering the vacancies of the year 2013 and providing grant of bonus marks, the same deserves to be quashed. 3. The entire basis of the writ petition appears to be the supply of information under Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act, 2005) vide Annex.6, regarding which, the claim is that the respondents have not provided adequate information and were suppressing relevant information. 4. Further submissions have been made that the provision pertaining to award of bonus marks in the advertisement (Annex.10) is not justified. 5. So far as the challenge based on the alleged inadequate information under RTI Act, 2005 supplied to the petitioner on 28.11.2017 (Annex.6) is concerned, if the petitioner was dissatisfied with the nature of information provided, the petitioner was required to question the validity of the information provided, by filing appeal under the provisions of RTI Act, 2005. The alleged supply of inadequate information cannot be made the basis for questioning the validity of advertisement dated 30.5.2018. 6. So far as the plea regarding award of bonus marks is concerned, the petitioner has filed incomplete advertisement, wherein, point Nos. 4 & 7 and a part after point No. 13 is missing. In absence of complete advertisement and lack of any credible ground in this regard the plea sought to be raised by the petitioner cannot be examined / sustained. 7. In view of the above discussion, there is no substance in the writ petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
