ORDER 1. Petitioner has filed the writ petition challenging the order passed by Board of Revenue dated 7.9.2019. The petitioner had filed a revision before the Board of Revenue against the order dated 5.8.2019 passed by the Upper Commissioner Rewa, Division Rewa by which an application filed by the petitioner for transfer of case under Section 29 of M.P. Land Revenue Code was dismissed. 2. There is a provision of appeal against the order passed by Upper Commissioner under section 44 of M.P. Land Revenue Code. Instead of filing an appeal the petitioner had filed a revision before the Board of Revenue, which was rightly dismissed vide order dated 7.9.2019. 3. Therefore, this writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 5.8.2019 passed by Upper Commissioner, Rewa Division Rewa in an appeal under section 44 of M.P. Land Revenue Code. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. ...................
