ORDER 1. Delay condoned. 2. Leave granted. 3. Heard counsel for the parties. 4. This appeal has been filed against the order passed by the Madhya Pradesh High Court dated 14.05.2018 rejecting the bail application of the appellants. 5. Appellants are accused in a case punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 511 of IPC registered vide Crime No.224/2014. 6. The allegation made against the appellants was that on the basis of the forged marksheet, the appellants attempted for appointment of Samvida Shala Shikshak Grade III, advertised by the Janpad Panchayat Sironj. 7. Appellants case is that there were large number of persons made accused and allegation made against them of submitting forged marksheet. Out of 104 persons, 99 persons have already been granted bail. In reply affidavit, filed on behalf of the respondent, wherein in paragraph 5 the fact that out of 104 persons 99 persons have already been granted bail, has been accepted. 8. In facts of the present case, we are of the view that a case is made out for grant of bail. The order of the High Court is set aside. Let the appellants be released on bail on the terms and conditions as may be fixed by the trial Court. 9. Appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
