ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. Mr. Naveen R. Nath and Mr. V. N. Raghupathy, learned counsel, accept notice on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and 2 respectively. 3. As the case is similar to Civil Appeal No. 10078 of 2018, wherein we have restored the determination of the Reference Court, as such, we deem it appropriate to restore the Award of Rs. 5,36,500/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Thirty Six Thousand and Five Hundred) per acre passed by the Reference Court. In our opinion, the High Court was not justified in reducing the compensation. The impugned judgment(s) and order(s) is/are set aside. The appeal is allowed to the aforesaid extent. 4. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, is/are disposed of.
