Learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw these Revision Petitions with liberty to urge all the contentions raised in I.A.No.1048 of 2016 in the final arguments in the suit. 2. Granting liberty as sought, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, and the trial Court is directed to decide the suit uninfluenced by the observations made by it in the impugned order. No costs. 3. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
