JUDGMENT : A RAJASHEKER REDDY, J. 1. This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 13.04.2018 passed in WP.No.12817/2018 wherein and whereby this Court directed the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with Rules, before petitioner's superannuation. 2. Learned Government Pleader for Services produced a copy of the order dated 05.07.2018 before this Court on 18.02.2019, and stated that petitioner's case is considered and rejected. A copy of the said order was also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. On that day, learned counsel for the petitioner took time and the matter was adjourned. 3. When the matter is listed to-day, again learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. 4. It is to be seen that a reading of the proceedings dated 05.07.2018, goes to show that the petitioner's case was considered and order is passed. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court. 5. Accordingly, Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 05.07.2018, if petitioner is so aggrieved. No order as to costs. 6. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
