This is a petition for transfer of the proceedings initiated by the respondent under Sections 12(1)(a) and 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi, Jharkhand to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Agra, Uttar Pradesh. 2. In pursuance of the notice that was issued by this Court, the respondent has appeared and has filed a counter affidavit. 3. The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to the transferee court. 6. After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court is directed to make all endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the matter without unnecessary adjournments. 7. The transfer petition is accordingly disposed of.
