JUDGMENT : A. Rajasheker Reddy, J. This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 12.10.2018 passed by this Court in WP.No.37017/2018, wherein and whereby this Court directed the respondent-police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third party. 2. The respondent No.3 filed counter stating at para-10 as follows; "it is respectfully submitted that as part of the investigation into the cases, the investigation officer visited the subject lands in question. Except registration of the above crimes against each other and proceeding with the investigation into the cases as contemplated under law, this respondent never interfered with the civil disputes. I humbly submit that this respondent never disobeyed the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court. I humbly submit that I shall abide by the directions passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 12.10.2018 in WP.No.37017 of 2018." 3. No reply affidavit is filed by the petitioner contraverting the averments in the counter affidavit. 4. In view of the same, recording the aforesaid averments in the counter affidavit of 3rd respondent, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 5. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
