ORDER 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The applications for intervention are allowed. 3. We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. The Civil Appeals are, accordingly, dismissed. 4. However, in case the respondent - Indore Municipal Corporation is acquiring any land of the appellants, the compensation be made to them in accordance with law. 5. As a sequel to the dismissal of these appeals, pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
