JUDGMENT : Chander Bhusan Barowalia, Judge (oral) OMP No. 247 of 2019 The parties in the present case are real brothers and they have settled the dispute between them and have mutually partitioned the suit property by metes and bounds. The ultimate goal is to make the parties to live in peace. This Court is happy that the parties have settled their dispute and now both the brothers will have cordial and good relations. 2. The compromise arrived at between the parties is placed on record by way of present application under Order 23, Rule 3, read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The same is perused and taken on record. As the matter stands compromised, the present suit is disposed of as per the compromise and terms contained in the application. The present application, as well as site plan enclosed alongwith the application shall form part of the decree to be drawn with respect to the recording of final partition done by the parties. The suit, so also pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
