Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the record of the case, we grant anticipatory bail to the appellant in connection with the offence in question subject to the condition that the appellant shall cooperate in the investigation and submit to the inquiry that is going on without creating any hindrance to the investigation. 3. The appeal is accordingly allowed; the impugned order is set aside.
