JUDGMENT : A. Rajasheker Reddy, J. This contempt case is filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court in W.P.No.23471 of 2017, dated 11.08.2017. 2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by placing before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 18.11.2017, submits that the order of this Court passed in the Writ Petition has been complied with. 3. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. 4. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this case, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
