Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and carefully perusing the material available on record, we do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned Judgment dated 5-9-2018 passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. We find no merit in the Appeal. 3. Accordingly, the Civil Appeal is dismissed.
