ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. It transpires that the mediation process has not been successful. It is suggested by learned counsel for the appellant(s) that the interim arrangement arrived at in terms of the order dated 9th May, 2016 in Civil Appeal Nos.4978 of 2016 and 4979 of 2016 may be permitted to prevail. The same is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents but with a caveat that there are aspects of the behaviour of the children, because of the allegations and counter- allegations among the parents, which should be observed by some psychologist or child counselor to be able to assist the High Court in deciding the appeal which is still pending consideration. 4. We are inclined to accept the suggestions made by learned counsel for both the parties and, thus, modify the impugned order while replacing it with the interim arrangement made by this Court vide order dated 9th May, 2016 in Civil Appeal Nos.4978 of 2016 and 4979 of 2016 and request the High Court of Rajashtan to appoint child counselor to observe the behaviour of the children during the interaction with the respondent-mother. 5. The appeals are accordingly disposed of.
