ORDER 1. Mr. C.U. Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellants has argued that the Ministry of Environment is to submit a final opinion to the Tribunal by 31.01.2019. Time to do so, we are told, has been extended. 2. However, the application that has been filed, being Original Application No. 487 of 2015, has been disposed of without the appellants being able to comment on the Report. 3. We make it clear that this Report will be given to the appellants, who can then approach the Tribunal by way of objections, if any, to the said Report in a fresh application filed for this purpose. 4. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of. 5. All contentions of parties are left open. 6. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
