JUDGMENT 1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 06.03.2019 (Annex.-2), whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Patwar Mandal Bhandera, Tehsil Lunkaransar, District - Bikaner to Patwar Mandal Bana, Tehsil Sri Dungargarh, District - Bikaner. 2. The said order has questioned on the ground of frequent transfer of the petitioner as the petitioner was earlier transferred on 30.07.2018 from Patwar Mandal Udsar, District - Bikaner to the present place of posting. 3. Submissions have also been made that the said transfer order is in violation of provisions of Rule 9 and 412 of the Rules of 1957 and contrary to the directions of this Court in Inder Singh v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : 2007(1) WLC (Raj.) 728 . 4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and have perused the material available on record. 5. Merely by placing two orders (Annex.-1 and Annex.-2), the petitioner cannot question the transfer being in violation of Rule 9 and 412 of the Rules of 1957 and against the law laid down by this Court in the case of Inder Singh (supra). 6. The submissions made regarding the frequent transfer also does not appear to have any justification in the circumstances of the case. 7. So far as the reliance placed on Circular dated 30.01.1993, the tenure of two years is concerned, Honble Supreme Court in Dr. Nagorao Shivaji Chavan v. Dr. Sunil Purushottam Bhamre & Ors.: AIR 2019 SC 189 , has laid down that the tenure based on circular can be varied on account of administrative reasons. 8. In view thereof, no interference is called for in the order impugned. 9. Consequently, there is no substance in the writ petition, the same is, therefore, dismissed.
