JUDGMENT : A. Rajasheker Reddy, J. This contempt case is filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.7225 of 2015 in W.P.No.5432 of 2015, dated 04.03.2015. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare submits that the main Writ Petition, being W.P.No.5432 of 2015, was dismissed by order, dated 21.11.2016, and, therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Contempt Case. 3. The aforesaid fact position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed as in-fructuous. 5. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this case, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
