ORDER 1. In the light of our order dated 16th July, 2018, learned counsel for the parties states that they have settled the matter between them. 2. If that be so, we permit the parties to make a joint application before the court concerned under Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act. 3. On such an application being made, the court shall pass appropriate orders keeping in view all the relevant provisions of the Act and law laid down by this Court in that behalf. 4. With the aforesaid observation, the transfer petitions are disposed of. 5. No order as to costs.
