JUDGMENT Shree Chandrashekhar, J. - The petitioner is aggrieved of order dated 16.05.2017 passed in Jharia P.S Case No.442 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.6306 of 2015 by which the court has taken cognizance of the offences puhishable under sections 420, 406 and 506 I.P.C. 2. Plea raised by the petitioner is that accepting money for arranging employment would not constitute offences punishable under sections 420, 406 and 506 I.P.C. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has relied on a decision in " Vijay Sharma & Anr. Vs. State of Bihar reported in , (2011) 1 PLJR 780 " to fortify his aforesaid contention. 4. Mr. Praveen Kumar Appu, the learned A.P.P appears for the State. 5. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise the aforesaid ground and any other ground which may be available to him at the time of framing of the charge. 6. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, Cr. M.P. No.2972 of 2017 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
