ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. The application for intervention is allowed. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. In terms of Order dated 09.07.2018 passed by this Court the appellant was given conditional protection. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1- State submits that the appellant has cooperated with the investigation and the prosecution does not feel the need of any custodial interrogation. It is further stated that the investigation is at an advanced stage and a report from F.S.L. is awaited and the chargesheet is expected to be filed within four weeks. 4. In view of the aforesaid factual situation, we dispose of the appeal in terms of the Order already passed on 09.07.2018 making it clear that when the chargesheet is filed, the appellant will have to apply for regular bail. 5. The appeal stands disposed of as indicated above.
