ORDER 1. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite service, no one is present on behalf of the respondent. 2. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, it is in the interest of justice to allow the transfer petition and transfer the case bearing MAT Suit No. 1637 of 2018 titled Abhishek Sharma v. Neha Sharma pending before the Additional District Judge, Alipur, West Bengal to the Family Court, Pune, Maharashtra. 3. We accordingly do so and transfer MAT Suit No. 1637 of 2018 titled Abhishek Sharma v. Neha Sharma from the Additional District Judge, Alipur, West Bengal to the Family Court, Pune, Maharashtra. 4. The transfer petition is allowed.
