ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. This appeal takes exception to the judgment of the High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur in MCRC No.6628 of 2018 dated 30 October, 2018, whereby the prayer for grant of bail has been rejected. 4. Considering the fact that the charge- sheet has already been filed on 16 th October, 2018 and charges have been framed on 8 th December, 2018, we are inclined to grant bail to the accused-appellant on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the trial Court in connection with Crime No.25/2018 dated 29.07.2018, Police Station A.J.K. Korba, District Korba. We order accordingly. 5. The order of the High Court is set aside and the appeal is allowed accordingly.
