JUDGMENT 1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to re-conduct the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) of the petitioner. 2. It is, inter alia, indicated in the writ petition that the PET of the petitioner was held on 06.09.2018 and the admit card, for the said purpose, was downloaded by the petitioner on 04.09.2018 and on account of the short time the petitioner could not perform as per his potential and, therefore, he may be accorded one more opportunity in this regard. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner had participated in the PET on 06.09.2018, he did not raise any objection whatsoever qua the test held and/or the delayed downloading of the admit card at the relevant time. After passage of over four months he has now sought to question holding of the PET by the respondents. On account of inaction of the petitioner in raising any dispute in this regard within appropriate time, as recruitment is already over, no interference is called for. 4. Even otherwise, the Division Bench in the case of Sunita Kumari v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 1498/2018, decided on 28.11.2018, has held that grant of two days time is sufficient for appearing in the PET. 5. In view of the above fact situation, there is no substance in the writ petition and the same is, therefor, dismissed.
