ORDER 1. We have been informed by Mr. Basava Prabhu S. Patil, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2, that Demand Drafts amounting to Rs. 20 Lakhs and Rs. 28 Lakhs respectively drawn in favour of Vivek Harsh International, Jaipur have been deposited in the Registry of this Court. 2. The aforesaid Demand Drafts will be replaced by a fixed deposit in favour of the Registrar of this Court within a period of one week from today. 3. Registry is directed to invest the aforesaid amount in an interest-bearing long-term fixed deposit in any Nationalised Bank. Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of accordingly.
