ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The appellant has been arrested in connection with offence punishable under Section 420 IPC in reference to F.I.R. No. 321 of 2017 registered at Police Station - Srimadhopur, District - Sikar. 4. Considering the fact that the appellant is in custody since April, 2018 and more so because the chargsheet has already been filed and custodial interrogation of the appellant is no more required, we are inclined to allow the prayer for bail. 5. The Appellant is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court in connection with the aforementioned F.I.R. and on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court. Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
