JUDGMENT : 1. The petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 12.11.2018 by which process under Section 82 Cr.P.C has been issued against him. 2. Without recording facts of the case in detail, suffice would be to record that order dated 12.11.2018 is one sentence cryptic order. It simply says that on an application filed by the investigating officer praying for issuance of process under Section 82 Cr.P.C, the prayer is allowed. 3. Nothing can be worst mechanical exercise of a judicial power than what is reflected in the order dated 12.11.2018. 4. The learned A.P.P is unable to support this order. 5. Accordingly, impugned order dated 12.11.2018 is quashed. 6. Cr.M.P No. 4062 of 2018 stands allowed.
