ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. On hearing learned counsel for the parties, we find that since subsequently charge-sheet has been filed, the appellants can apply for discharge since at present the challenge is only assailing the order not quashing the FIR. 3. The interim protection granted by this Court on 12.02.2018 to the appellants would continue till such time as the application of the appellants for discharge is decided but the appellants must approach the trial court within a period of three weeks from today. 4. The trial Court will determine the issue uninfluenced by the interim protection granted by this Court. 5. The appeals accordingly stand disposed of.
